Can someone tell me once I press start button in My PHEV ULTRA, I change gear to drive but it goes to N and I have to press start buttom again and I can change to D , is it normal or I have to change some settings, please share your experience

Make sure you push the brake pedal firmly when changing the gear

Foot on brake on first press should eliminate pushing a second time . Happens to me and I think that's what it is. I just forget to sometimes
