Hello every one.. i just recievied my Gwm Haval h6 1.5 T from I9 Experienc dealer show room in feb just before Ramadan. i just Drive my car from I9 to my home in Islamabad and park it..and it was parked approx a month.Today all i just Tried to drive a car.on upon checking i found that Passenger side back door has a dry dent.. Please advice how to tackle the situation.. The car is hardly driven 25km which is the distance from My home to I9 Experience... Please give your genuine suggestions. i am confused and upset.

Bhai ajkal this is common. You should’ve gone for new car inspection before pickup from showroom. Sadly, since it is Pakistan, no one would accept your claim now.

The showroom may try to deny that the dent existed at the time of delivery, especially given that more than a month has passed. However, you can still build a case. You could formally request the CCTV footage from the date and time of delivery, if they retain backups, which may help establish the vehicle’s condition when it was handed over to you.

Nadeem Pasha i am sure..but they are not accepting..i just ask them for a simple request to give me some photos or any information they have which can prove it that Car was in perfect condition..When they prove it was delivered to me in perfect condition..i will be at ease..
