I have same situation this fender till pillar all is getting faded mine is 2016 Oct civic I tried all things polish and stuff but it hides it to some extent but eventually solution is repaint and clear coat both

Driect Sunlight mai pura din Park karein tu yeh issue ata hai.. yeh jo hogya iska haal tu repaint hai or some detailing can minimize this issue, always park your vehicle under shed.

Why we don't repaint in Pakistan? In UAE same portion of civic I had to repaint because inspection center rejected my car for road use.

Get it repainted from a good painter, preferably Honda (if you can), they ensure paint matching. As for the people saying value will reduce and the repaint will be noticed, that is not the case if the paint is properly matched and the job is done well. Get it repainted, ignore the value down, polish, detailing etc noise... Good luck
