Check the owner's manual or service schedule, and if it doesn't say anything, then every 50K km or 2-3 years, whichever comes first, should be fine. It's better to be safe and do it at 2 years. It's cheap enough, and better safe than sorry.

Mechanics here don’t have proper flushing tools and techniques so it’s better to get it done form a professional workshop. Would suggest watching a video on YouTube as well.
