Chery Tiggo 8 2026 Fuel Average, Price and Specs in Pakistan
From PKR 10,999,000ex-factory
The Chery Tiggo 8 fuel average in Pakistan is 11.3 km/l in the city and 14 km/l on the highway, for the single version on sale in 2026. Combined, that works out to about 12.4 km/l.
Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so no figure here is a certified one. These come from owner reports and, where a car is too new for those, from the same engine measured in comparable conditions abroad - each page says which.

▲The only seven-seat plug-in hybrid available new in Pakistan - for a large family wanting electrified running costs without a third-row compromise, there is currently no alternative
▲Locally assembled, so the parts and warranty pipeline runs through a Pakistani plant rather than a shipping container, and the price is insulated from the import duty tiers constraining BYD and GAC
▲Around 90 km of electric range covers most school runs and commutes on electricity, while the 60-litre tank and a claimed 1,200 km combined range mean the car never depends on a charger
▲Equipment is exceptional for the money - 10 airbags, Level 2 driver assistance, 540-degree camera, 15.6-inch screen with head-up display, 12-speaker audio, heated and ventilated seats, and 3.3 kW Vehicle-to-Load for load-shedding
▲Undercuts the Kia Sportage L by roughly Rs 7 lacs while offering a third row and a plug-in powertrain
▲Six drive modes including Sand, Off-Road and Snow with four-wheel drive, and 200 mm of ground clearance
The bad
▼Ten dealerships, concentrated in the large cities, with the target of 20 set for 2027. Outside those there is no authorised service and no independent workshop competent to handle a plug-in drivetrain
▼Locally assembled does not mean locally sourced. The hybrid transmission, the 18.3 kWh battery, the motors and the power electronics all come from China, so the pipeline for anything important is still an import pipeline
▼Resale is entirely unproven. Chery Master has been selling under this joint venture for barely a year, and Chery's earlier Pakistani chapter under a different partner did not leave a strong residual legacy
▼No Pakistani workshop can repair an 18.3 kWh pack at cell level, and no out-of-warranty replacement price has been published
▼Plug-in hybrids were excluded from the September 2026 relief and remain at 25 percent while locally assembled conventional hybrids dropped to 18 - a structural disadvantage against the Corolla Cross HEV that Chery is paying for out of margin
▼The Rs 5 lac cut is explicitly time-limited and stock-limited. This is a discount, not a new list price, and it can be withdrawn
▼Prices moved three times in eight months. Early buyers paid more than late ones, which is corrosive to residuals
▼The 496 hp headline is a combined system figure for a 1.5-litre turbo plus motors; it is not a sustained output and should not be read as a conventional power rating
