Haval Jolion HEV 2026 Fuel Average, Price and Specs in Pakistan
From PKR 9,116,216ex-factory
The Haval Jolion HEV fuel average in Pakistan is 15 km/l in the city and 18 km/l on the highway, for the single version on sale in 2026. Combined, that works out to about 16.2 km/l.
Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so no figure here is a certified one. These come from owner reports and, where a car is too new for those, from the same engine measured in comparable conditions abroad - each page says which.

▲Sazgar is a long-established Pakistani manufacturer with its own plant and service network, not a badge-only importer, so parts and warranty claims are handled better than at most Chinese-brand rivals
▲The HEV warranty package is among the strongest on any locally assembled car in Pakistan
▲The HEV uses a dedicated hybrid transmission rather than a dual-clutch, which removes the most common Chinese-crossover durability complaint in Pakistani stop-start traffic
▲Equipment is generous for the money - panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, heated leather seats, dual-zone climate, 12.3-inch touchscreen
▲Several years of Jolions on Pakistani roads means a real used market, so resale is better established than for a 2026 debutant
▲Local assembly qualified it for the hybrid GST relief, and Sazgar chose not to pass a price rise through
The bad
▼The 1.5T uses a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox - the known weak point of this class in Lahore and Karachi traffic, with heat soak and clutch-pack costs that are not covered by goodwill out of warranty
▼Real HEV economy falls well short of the marketing. Owner reports land around 13 to 17 km/l, not the 20 km/l the brochure implies
▼Service coverage outside the three big cities is thin; owners in Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Sukkur routinely travel for anything beyond a routine service
▼Ride quality is firm to the point that multiple owners complain, and it does not deal well with broken secondary roads
▼Hybrid components, transmission internals and body panels still come from China on order, and lead times of weeks are normal
▼Ergonomics attract consistent criticism - confusing stalk layout, poor cabin storage, a manual tailgate that is hard to close, and a fabric sunroof blind inadequate for Pakistani summers
▼HEV resale is unproven against the Corolla Cross HEV, and the September 2026 cuts on Toyota and Honda hybrids will pull used Jolion values down
