Hyundai Tucson Hybrid 2026 Fuel Average, Price and Specs in Pakistan
From PKR 12,202,000ex-factory
The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid fuel average in Pakistan is 13.5 km/l in the city and 16.5 km/l on the highway, for the single version on sale in 2026. Combined, that works out to about 14.7 km/l.
Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so no figure here is a certified one. These come from owner reports and, where a car is too new for those, from the same engine measured in comparable conditions abroad - each page says which.

(OGRA, 3 Oct 2026)
▲The only car in its class whose price actually fell after the September 2026 GST change - a Rs 7.24 lac reduction is a real, bankable advantage over the Kia Sportage L, which did not move
▲Best reported fuel economy among the petrol-hybrid SUVs sold locally, at roughly 16 to 17 km/l
▲Six airbags standard on both variants, meaningfully better than the two-airbag specification still common lower down the Pakistani market
▲Feature content genuinely unusual in Pakistan at any price - fingerprint authentication, head-up display, memory seats, heated and ventilated seats
▲An AWD hybrid option with 181 mm of ground clearance broadens its usefulness beyond city driving
▲Locally assembled CKD at Faisalabad rather than imported, which supports supply continuity and avoids CBU duty exposure
The bad
▼Hyundai Nishat's dealer and service network is the thinnest of the major brands here - materially smaller than Kia's and not remotely comparable to Toyota's. Outside the big cities, hybrid-capable service is hard to find
▼Hybrid battery longevity, replacement cost and out-of-warranty serviceability in Pakistan are unproven. Hyundai's local hybrid history dates only to 2025 and no body of out-of-warranty experience exists
▼Weakest used-market depth of the major brands here, and used-hybrid demand is untested - a combination that makes depreciation the largest single ownership cost
▼Extreme price instability driven by policy. The car launched at Rs 1.1 crore in April 2025, was pushed to Rs 1.29 crore by the July 2026 tax change, and is now Rs 1.22 crore - a Rs 19 lac swing in eighteen months with no product change
▼The non-hybrid option was removed, so buyers who wanted a mechanically simple Tucson - a rational preference given limited hybrid service infrastructure - no longer have one
▼Touch-sensitive controls are unintuitive and less durable in dusty, high-heat conditions
▼Rear visibility is compromised by the steeply raked rear glass and high beltline
