Toyota Fortuner 2026 Fuel Average, Price and Specs in Pakistan
From PKR 12,435,000ex-factory, 2 variants on sale
The Toyota Fortuner fuel average in Pakistan is 8 to 8.5 km/l in the city and 10.5 to 11 km/l on the highway, across the 2 versions on sale in 2026. Combined, that works out to about 9.5 km/l.
Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so no figure here is a certified one. These come from owner reports and, where a car is too new for those, from the same engine measured in comparable conditions abroad - each page says which.

▲True body-on-frame construction with 279 mm of ground clearance - it survives Pakistani rural roads, unpaved tracks and flood water in a way no monocoque crossover at any price here does
▲Locally assembled CKD, so parts, panels and service are available nationwide and not dependent on import approvals
▲Exceptional resale value - it holds money better than almost anything in the Pakistani new-car market
▲Genuine 4x4 hardware on the V, Sigma 4, Legender and GR-S - part-time 4WD with low range, limited-slip differential and a rear diff lock on the GR-S
▲The 2.8 diesel at 201 hp and 500 Nm is both far more capable and far more economical than the petrol, and rural diesel availability is better
▲An 80-litre tank plus diesel economy gives a real touring range of 700 to 880 km
The bad
▼The platform dates to 2015 and Pakistani buyers are paying up to Rs 2.05 crore for it in 2026
▼No ADAS whatsoever. Not one variant, including the Rs 2.05 crore GR-S, offers Toyota Safety Sense, adaptive cruise, lane-keep assist or autonomous emergency braking. Cars costing a third as much now offer AEB here
▼Infotainment is dated - a 9-inch display audio unit is the ceiling, with no meaningful digital cluster and no connected services
▼The 2.7 petrol is badly matched to the car. At 164 hp moving a heavy ladder-frame SUV, owner-reported economy of 5 to 7 km/l makes the G and V expensive to run
▼Ride quality is stiff and unrefined, and the Legender's suspension in particular has been criticised as harsh
▼Driver, passenger and knee airbags remain the standard fit; there is no six- or seven-airbag configuration even on the flagship
▼The petrol variants are heavily discounted precisely because demand for them is weak - a Rs 25 lac cut is a signal, not a bargain
