An electric car has no fuel average. The figure that matters is range, and the 507 km above is the manufacturer's claim on its home market's test cycle — Pakistani heat and air-conditioning use will not reproduce it. At 6.6 km per kWh, your cost per kilometre is your own electricity tariff divided by 6.6. We do not print a rupee figure because domestic tariffs in Pakistan are slabbed, and a single number would be wrong for most households.
Where these figures come from: An electric car has no km/l. MG publishes battery capacity and range; the range basis is stated with the figure. Range is 507 km on the WLTP cycle (MG) - further than the dual-motor car, which is the usual trade for the second motor.
Verified fuel figures for this variant are not available yet.
The rear-drive Cyberster: 230 kW and 475 Nm, 0-100 km/h in 5 seconds.
Slower than the dual-motor car but it travels further on a charge - 507 km against 443.
