Need advice regarding repeated e-challans for seatbelt violation. Our car has now received a seatbelt e-challan for the third time, even though the driver (my mother) was wearing the seatbelt every time. She usually covers herself with a shawl/dupatta, and I believe the camera might not be able to detect the seatbelt because of that. I have already submitted review requests for the previous two challans, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response yet, and the challans keep coming. Has anyone faced a similar issue with Punjab Safe Cities e-challan cameras? What is the best way to resolve this? Should we visit the traffic office in person or contact a specific department? Any guidance would be really appreciated because we always follow traffic rules and this situation is becoming quite frustrating
