Honda HR-V 1.5 VTi-S 2024 Model Fuel Average and Consumption

The Honda HR-V 1.5 VTi-S fuel average in Pakistan is 11 km/l in the city and 14 km/l on the highway. Combined, that is about 12.2 km/l. On its 40-litre tank that is roughly 440 km of city driving between fills.

Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so this is what owners report rather than a certified figure.

Fuel average by route and conditions

The good & the bad

The good

  • ▲A current-generation global product, locally assembled with full Honda Atlas warranty and nationwide 3S support
  • ▲The e:HEV is Pakistan's first locally assembled Honda hybrid, so hybrid parts and trained service sit inside the official network
  • ▲Genuinely strong hybrid economy - independent testing recorded around 22.5 km/l in city driving
  • ▲The e:HEV carries six airbags and the Honda Sensing suite including adaptive cruise and lane-keeping assist
  • ▲Notably spacious for its footprint, with a well-finished cabin
  • ▲The VTi-S price inversion is a real, if temporary, bargain - the higher-specification car currently costs less than the base

The bad

  • ▼Extreme price volatility driven entirely by tax policy. The e:HEV went Rs 89.99 lacs to Rs 1.04 crore to Rs 92.99 lacs inside fourteen months
  • ▼Honda Sensing is absent from the petrol VTi and VTi-S - no adaptive cruise, no lane-keeping, no collision mitigation on the cars most people buy
  • ▼No 360-degree camera and no blind-spot monitoring even on the Rs 93 lac hybrid
  • ▼No spare wheel - a puncture repair kit is supplied instead, a real weakness on Pakistani roads outside major cities
  • ▼Seat cushioning becomes tiring beyond roughly 150 to 200 km, and tyre and road noise intrude
  • ▼CVT drone under acceleration is a recurring complaint on the naturally aspirated variants
  • ▼The petrol variants are poor value - Rs 75 lacs buys a 119 hp naturally aspirated crossover when rivals offer more, and sometimes seven seats, for similar money
