Where these figures come from:
Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test and Hyundai publishes no local consumption figure, so this is projected from owner-reported figures already held on this site for the same or a closely related engine, rather than presented as a certified number
The city and highway averages above are reported figures; the AC and speed
breakdown is estimated from them, not separately measured. Real-world mileage
varies with traffic, load, tyre pressure and fuel quality.

Hyundai did the right thing here and did not reserve the safety equipment for the expensive variant. Both Tucsons get the full Level 2 package - smart cruise with stop and go, blind-spot monitoring and collision warning, rear cross-traffic warning, surround view - which is more than can be said for the Santa Fe above it, where the front-drive Smart goes without all of that. So the PKR 10.98 lac step to the Signature buys all-wheel drive, terrain modes, a head-up display, a heated wheel, a powered tailgate and 19-inch wheels, and no additional safety. If you do not need all-wheel drive, buy the Smart and feel fine about it. Against the Kia Sportage L at PKR 121.99 lacs the two are closely matched; the Kia publishes its airbag count and the Tucson does not.
▲The full 20-plus Level 2 driver-assistance package is on the cheaper variant too - smart cruise with stop and go, blind-spot monitoring and collision warning, rear cross-traffic collision warning and a surround-view camera
▲A hybrid that needs no charging and returns around 13.5 km/l in town where a comparable petrol SUV manages 9 to 10
▲Twin 12.3-inch panoramic curved displays with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto on both variants
▲Heated and ventilated seats, a powered panoramic sunroof and ambient lighting as standard
▲A six-speed torque-converter automatic rather than a dual-clutch, which is the better gearbox for Pakistani traffic
▲Both prices are currently below Hyundai's own list figures
The bad
▼Hyundai does not print an airbag count for the Tucson - its price list names four categories without a number, where Kia publishes six for the equivalent Sportage L
▼There is no petrol Tucson in Pakistan, so the hybrid premium is not optional
▼The PKR 10.98 lac step to the Signature buys comfort and traction but no additional safety equipment
▼The discounted prices have no published end date and could revert to PKR 1,29,26,000 and PKR 1,41,01,000
▼Five seats only - the Santa Fe above it is the seven-seat option
▼No independent crash rating exists for the car sold here
▼Hyundai publishes no local fuel-economy figure, so the economy numbers are owner-derived

Safety
What is known about this car's safety in Pakistan
Hyundai's price list describes what it calls a 20-plus Level 2 advanced driver-assistance package, and the important point is that it appears on both variants rather than only the expensive one.
On both: smart cruise control with stop and go, a blind-spot monitor, blind-spot collision warning, rear cross-traffic collision warning, a surround-view camera, front, side and rear parking sensors, hill-start assist, downhill brake control, electronic stability control, traction control, an electronic parking brake with auto hold and ISOFIX child seat anchors.
The Signature adds fingerprint authentication for the infotainment and engine start, which is a security feature rather than a crash-safety one.
On airbags, Hyundai's list names four categories - driver, passenger, front side and curtain - without printing a count. The Santa Fe's list prints the identical four categories as "6 SRS Airbags", so six is the obvious reading, but this site does not assert a number the manufacturer has not published. Ask the dealer to confirm it in writing.
Pakistan has no NCAP programme, so the Tucson sold here carries no independent crash rating.

What is the price of the Hyundai Tucson in Pakistan?
The Hybrid Smart FWD is PKR 1,22,02,000 and the Hybrid Signature AWD is PKR 1,33,00,000. Both are Hyundai's discounted ex-factory prices; the undiscounted list figures are PKR 1,29,26,000 and PKR 1,41,01,000, with no end date published for the discount.
Is the Hyundai Tucson a hybrid?
Yes, and only a hybrid. Hyundai does not sell a petrol Tucson in Pakistan. It is a self-charging hybrid - there is no plug.
What is the difference between the Tucson Smart and Signature?
The Signature adds all-wheel drive with Snow, Mud and Sand terrain modes, a 12-inch colour head-up display, fingerprint authentication, a heated steering wheel, a powered smart tailgate, an 8-way powered passenger seat, 19-inch alloys and wide projection headlamps. It adds no safety equipment - the full driver-assistance package is on both.
What is the fuel average of the Hyundai Tucson?
Owners record about 13.5 km/l in the city and 16.5 on the highway from the front-drive hybrid. The all-wheel-drive Signature is projected at about 12.8 and 15.7.
How many airbags does the Hyundai Tucson have?
Hyundai's price list names four airbag categories - driver, passenger, front side and curtain - without printing a count. The identical list is printed as "6 SRS Airbags" on the Santa Fe, so six is the likely answer, but Hyundai does not publish the number for the Tucson. Ask the dealer to confirm.
Does the Hyundai Tucson have adaptive cruise control?
Yes, on both variants - smart cruise control with stop and go, as part of what Hyundai describes as a 20-plus Level 2 driver-assistance package that also includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic collision warning and a surround-view camera.
Hyundai Tucson or Kia Sportage L?
They are closely matched - both hybrid-only, both around PKR 122 lacs to start, both with a full driver-assistance package on the cheaper variant. The Kia publishes its airbag count at six and its boot at 586 litres; Hyundai publishes neither for the Tucson. The Kia's spare is a steel donut.
Is there a Hyundai Tucson N Line in Pakistan?
It was unveiled at PAPS in September 2026 but no price has been announced and it is not yet on sale. It is a trim addition to the existing Tucson.
