The ARCFOX T5 1.5 REEV Pro fuel average in Pakistan is 14.8 km/l in the city and 18.4 km/l on the highway once the battery is flat. Combined, that is about 16.4 km/l. Charged, it covers about 193 km on electricity first, and uses no petrol at all until that runs out.
These are projected figures, not a Kia claim and not a Pakistani measurement — see where they come from below.
A plug-in hybrid only beats an ordinary car on fuel if you actually plug it in. If you can charge at home overnight and your daily run is under 193 km, you may use almost no petrol at all. If you cannot, you are driving a heavy petrol car carrying a battery it never uses, and the figure in the middle is the one that will apply. Load-shedding and the lack of home charging make that the normal case in much of Pakistan, which is why this page leads with it.
Cost per km is worked out at today's petrol price of Rs 392.76 per litre, as published by OGRA on 3 October 2026. Pakistan revises fuel prices daily, so this updates on its own.
| Route | Average | Cost / km |
|---|---|---|
| City | 14.8 kmpl | Rs 26.5 |
| Long | 18.4 kmpl | Rs 21.3 |
| City with AC | 14.2 kmpl | Rs 27.7 |
| Long with AC | 17.8 kmpl | Rs 22.1 |
| City with heavy foot | 13.1 kmpl | Rs 30.0 |
| Long with heavy foot | 13.6 kmpl | Rs 28.9 |
| Long on 100 km/h | 19.8 kmpl | Rs 19.8 |
| Long on 120 km/h | 17.0 kmpl | Rs 23.1 |
| Long above 120 km/h | 14.7 kmpl | Rs 26.7 |
Where these figures come from: Charge-sustaining: what it uses once the battery is flat and the range extender is doing the work. ARCFOX publishes 5.18 L/100 km on WLTC; these are that figure adjusted for Pakistani conditions. Not a Sazgar claim, not a Pakistani measurement.
The ARCFOX T5 mileage is 11.9 to 19.8 kmpl in Pakistan, depending on driving style, AC use, and speed. Combined average is 16.4 kmpl.

On the numbers this is the most interesting thing launched in Pakistan at around a crore this year, and on the paperwork it is the least documented. The case for it is the architecture. A range extender answers the Pakistani electric-car problem better than a battery car does: 193 km of electric range covers daily driving for almost anyone, and when it runs out you stop at a petrol pump like everyone else - 1,060 km combined, no charging network, no planning. You get an electric car's drive at all times because the engine never turns the wheels. Against the iCAUR V27, the other range extender near this money, the T5 is PKR 23 lac cheaper and ARCFOX's own charge-sustaining figure of 5.18 L/100 km is considerably better than anything in that class. 268 hp and 6.5 seconds to 100 km/h is genuinely quick for the price, and the hardware list - a 15.6-inch screen, a 22.8-inch head-up display, 18 speakers, a Magna-tuned chassis - reads like a more expensive car. If you can charge at home, this is a cheap car to run and a fast one when you want it. The case against it is that almost nothing about the Pakistani car is confirmed. Sazgar has no ARCFOX website, no brochure and no price list in circulation. There is no published airbag count, no ground clearance, no boot volume and no Pakistani colour list. Even the trim names are reported two different ways. On a PKR 1 crore car asking a PKR 20 lac booking for delivery in three to four months, that is a lot to take on trust. The practical advice: the Pro and the Max are the same car mechanically, and the only difference anyone has named is massage seats, so the Pro is the one to buy unless a dealer can show you a written list justifying the other PKR 3 lac. And before booking either, get the airbag count, the warranty conditions and the equipment list on paper.

Key points
Prices are ex-factory, so they compare like with like.
The REEV Pro is PKR 1,01,95,000 and the REEV Max is PKR 1,04,95,000, both ex-factory. Booking is PKR 20,50,000 and PKR 21,00,000 respectively, with delivery quoted at three to four months.
In a plug-in hybrid the petrol engine can drive the wheels. In a range extender it never does - the 1.5-litre engine spins a generator and the wheels are turned only by the electric motor. The T5 drives like an electric car at all times, and never needs a charger to finish a journey.
200 kW, which is 268 hp, and 365 Nm, with 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds on a charged battery. Listings showing 215 hp are mistaken - 215 is the Chinese car's electric range in kilometres, not its power.
193 km on the NEDC cycle from a 27.4 kWh battery, with 1,060 km combined. NEDC is the most optimistic cycle; in Pakistani conditions expect nearer 139 km of electric range. Listings showing 705 km are quoting the separate battery-electric T5 that ARCFOX sells in China and Sazgar does not bring here.
ARCFOX publishes 5.18 L/100 km on WLTC once the battery is flat - about 19.3 km/l. In Pakistani conditions expect nearer 16 km/l. With a charged battery and a daily drive under about 139 km you may use no petrol at all.
Sazgar has not published a figure, and neither has ARCFOX for the Pakistani car, so none is stated here. Ask the dealer to put it in writing on the order form before you pay the booking amount.
Mechanically nothing - same 268 hp, same 27.4 kWh battery, same 193 km range, same dimensions. The only equipment difference consistently reported is front-row massage seats on the Max, for PKR 3 lac. Both are reported to have the glass roof and the 18-speaker system.
The Pro, unless a dealer can show you a written equipment list that justifies the extra PKR 3 lac. The two cars are identical to drive.
Sazgar Engineering Works, the Lahore company that has assembled Haval and GWM here since 2021 and also sells BAIC. ARCFOX is BAIC's premium brand. Sazgar has not yet published an ARCFOX website or brochure.
Six years or 150,000 km on the vehicle and eight years or 160,000 km on the drive battery, whichever comes first - the same term Sazgar applies to Haval. The conditions behind it are not published, and on a car with an engine, a generator, a motor and a battery it is worth asking specifically what the range extender is covered under.
Both are range extenders. The V27 is PKR 1,24,99,000 against the T5's PKR 1,01,95,000 - PKR 23 lac more - and is bigger, more powerful at 449 hp and has a published seven-airbag count and a full specification sheet. The T5 is cheaper, more economical on ARCFOX's own charge-sustaining figure, and backed by an assembler with a longer record here. The deciding factor is documentation: NexGen publishes a full spec sheet for the V27 and Sazgar publishes nothing for the T5.
