The good & the bad

The good

  • ▲A current-generation car, not a run-out model - Pakistan gets the same eleventh-generation Civic sold internationally
  • ▲The 2026 facelift brings Honda Sensing to the whole range, which is still rare on a locally assembled Pakistani car
  • ▲Turbocharged across every trim in a market where most rivals are still naturally aspirated
  • ▲Excellent resale - Civic values have caught up with Corolla values since 2017-18
  • ▲The RS at roughly 176 hp is the quickest mainstream C-segment sedan built locally
  • ▲Honda Atlas 3S network and trained technicians nationwide, which matters for a turbo engine

The bad

  • ▼Very high in absolute terms. The RS went from Rs 61.5 lacs at launch in March 2022 to Rs 1.01 crore in January 2026, a roughly 64 percent rise in under four years
  • ▼Those are introductory prices Honda has explicitly reserved the right to raise, so buyers face revision risk between booking and delivery
  • ▼Airbag count is disputed. Aggregator spec sheets still list two even on the RS; some retail sources claim six after the facelift. No primary source settles it
  • ▼Standard trim equipment is thin for the money - cloth seats, no sunroof, basic wheels
  • ▼CVT only. No manual and no conventional automatic, and CVT drone under load is a common owner complaint
  • ▼Owner reports of excessive road and engine noise in the cabin, plus thin paint and rattles
  • ▼No hybrid option, even though the e:HEV is a core Civic variant globally
