Toyota Corolla Altis 2026 Fuel Average, Price and Specs in Pakistan

From PKR 6,202,000 ex-factory, 5 variants on sale

The Toyota Corolla Altis fuel average in Pakistan is 11.5 to 14 km/l in the city and 14 to 17 km/l on the highway, across the 5 versions on sale in 2026. Combined, that works out to about 15.2 km/l.

Pakistan has no mandatory fuel-economy test, so no figure here is a certified one. These come from owner reports and, where a car is too new for those, from the same engine measured in comparable conditions abroad - each page says which.

The good & the bad

The good

  • ▲Unmatched spare-parts availability and nationwide service coverage - almost any workshop in Pakistan can work on it
  • ▲Consistently the strongest resale value in its class, which materially lowers real cost of ownership
  • ▲Comfortable, absorbent ride tuned for poor road surfaces, with 175 mm of ground clearance
  • ▲Good fuel economy from the 1.6 CVT, helped by low kerb weight
  • ▲Proven naturally aspirated engines with a long service record locally - no turbo, no dual-clutch, no hybrid battery
  • ▲Responsive 9-inch infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the range

The bad

  • ▼The twelfth-generation Corolla launched globally in 2018; Pakistan is still sold the previous generation
  • ▼The same platform and drivetrain have been on sale locally for over a decade, with only cosmetic updates since 2021
  • ▼Only two airbags on every variant, including the PKR 77 lac Grande
  • ▼No hybrid option in the sedan range, despite Indus Motor now building the Corolla Cross Hybrid locally
  • ▼No rear AC vents on any variant, which tells in a Pakistani summer
  • ▼Torsion-beam rear suspension; handling and high-speed composure lag the Civic
  • ▼Prices have risen far faster than incomes - the base manual now costs more than a loaded Grande did a few years ago
